The structure is broken down into eight operational units, an international network, and the General Secretariat:
| The "Businesses and Entrepreneur Attractiveness" division determines and implements a plan for the sector-related prospection of investment projects from foreign companies Division Manager : Laurence CURTI | |
| The "Settlement and Business Services" division provides support for international settlement projects by offering support services to businesses Division Manager : Fabienne MONIS | |
| The "Business Development" division is in charge of Paris Region Entreprises on behalf of the agency, especially through helping Paris Region SMEs in their international development, and continues performing assignments concerned with restructuring Division Manager : Anne FAHY | |
| The "Ecological Transition and International Innovation" division is focused on cross-functional issues surrounding ecological transition, and on supporting any momentum towards innovation within the Paris Region. | The "Strategic Marketing and Communication" department is in charge of the international economic image policy, and of defining and positioning avenues of communication. It also designs all of the communication tools and operations Director : Frédérique de BAST | |

| The General Secretariat performs all duties relating to accounting, cost control, human resources management, IT and general resources. Founded in 2001 on the initiative of the Regional Council, the Paris Region Economic Development Agency (PREDA) is working hard at playing a part over the long term in the sustained growth of the Paris Region.
