We assist US companies improve their innovation strategies by connecting them with world-class scientists and labs in the Paris region, as well streamlining access to available funding for R&D projects. Who is PRIME?
The Paris Region International Mission Enterprise (PRIME) connects American companies with Paris Region research centers. PRIME is funded by and works closely with the Paris Region Economic Development Agency, with headquarters in San Francisco and a satellite office in Boston. The PRIME team is comprised of French-Americans who are passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship.

Connecting Companies and R&D Resources
PRIME analyzes clients' innovation vision and technology challenges, applying expertise encompassing telecommunications, networking, open source software, cloud computing, embedded systems, mobility, image processing, software development, social networking, media, gaming, semiconductors, clean-tech and energy efficiency. PRIME then helps companies access appropriate resources for specific projects from the hundreds of advanced research institutions in the Paris Region.

Project Life-Cycle Assistance
PRIME helps clients succeed across the entire project lifecycle.

PRIME works with selected research institutions to draft proposals for innovative projects, and provides detailed information about available funding. PRIME assists clients with contract negotiation, facilitates communication among partners, and finds solutions to business, technical and logistical challenges that arise along the way.   

Business Expansion
By leveraging resources in both the US and France, in particular working with the Paris Region Economic Development Agency team, PRIME can accelerate business expansion across Europe and connection to prospective customers.

Other Services
PRIME also facilitates creation of French legal entities, office location and set-up, regulatory and licensing inquiries, obtaining financial and legal expertise, staffing/recruiting and general logistics and support.
