Paris Region International Mission Enterprise
PRIME (Paris Region International Mission Enterprise), the US branch of Paris Region Economic Development Agency (PREDA), was opened in late 2006.
Its main missions and objectives are to:
- Act as gateway to Paris Region for American companies.
- Promote the attractiveness of Paris Region to West Coast opinion leaders and potential investors.
- Position Paris Region as one of Europe's leading economic regions.
- Promote Paris Region's sectors of excellence: ICT, Life Sciences, Eco-business, etc. and competitiveness clusters.
- Boost the Paris Region economy: SMEs, research centres and large companies willing to invest.
With the aim of becoming American investors' gateway to Paris Region, PRIME has the support of an excellent working environment in terms of skills, legislation (JEI (young innovative enterprise) status, research tax credit), a specifically and traditionally Paris Region-oriented research culture, and international connections facilitated by high-level infrastructures.
