The Creditsafe concept offers first-rate information at a reasonable price, essentially to the SME market, with sales made by telephone and an easy-to-use online delivery system. On the strength of its success, the company then set up offices in Sweden, France, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom, where Creditsafe has become the leader in providing online credit reports and the preferred supplier to British businesses.

Creditsafe began its expansion in France in Roubaix in the SME-SMI market via telesales. Two years ago, the company began offering its services to major accounts, which have all introduced client risk management policies and need innovative solutions suited to their businesses. "Paris was the obvious choice for our office as that is where the head offices of the major accounts are located," comments Régis de Malartic, Major Accounts Sales Director, Creditsafe. The Paris office already employs four people and is set to expand in the near future.
