It is also the place where the R&D for the entire group is performed and where, of course, all of the design offices are located. The second most notable site in the region is the Argenteuil production plant and its 1,000 employees. This unit is devoted to the production of aircraft body sections and enjoys great stability in workforce numbers. One should also point out that Dassault Aviation Group employs 8,000 employees in mainland France. This explains the key role played by the sites in the Paris Region.
