TPSH, established in 1990, is a design engineering consultancy specialised in 3D measurement. The company is involved in three main areas: services for the aerospace industry, measurement and testing solutions R&D, in cooperation with its clients (patent registration and research tax credit accreditation) and the design of measurement and test facilities in manufacturing integration. TPSH is noted for its collaborative project development capability. The company is spearheading the TOCATA project, officially endorsed by the ASTech Paris Region and Burgundy nuclear clusters, the aim of which is to develop new green technology for non-destructive testing. We're talking about a major innovation, emphasises TPSH General Manager Claude Leonetti. The key strength of this €6-million project lies in the fact that 60% of the funding is being provided by the SMEs that will be developing all the technology, he adds.

Based in Evry, the company has received decisive support from Paris Region: Without the support of the local authorities, the project would not have won government approval. The Region has helped us to raise the necessary funds and given us financial credibility, insists Claude Leonetti. TPSH is thus reinforcing its scientific expertise as well as building its financial stability, and plans to increase the number of employees from 7 to 12 by 2010.
