Milan-based ContactLab has just opened offices in Paris, with assistance from the Paris Region Economic Development Agency in completing the legal formalities.
With a portfolio of over 800 Italian and international customers across all market sectors, ContactLab has been Italy's leading e-marketing operation since 2000. With a multichannel platform (e-mail, SMS, MMS, fax and surveys), over 300 campaigns and 20 million e-mails sent each day, ContactLab's technical capabilities enable it to monitor target audience behaviour closely. ContactLab's head office is in Milan, and it has just opened offices in Paris, with the help of the Paris Region Economic Development Agency in completing the legal formalities.
In preparation for its expansion into Europe ContactLab conducted a study of the market in 5 European countries (Italy, France, Spain, Germany and the UK) in order to pinpoint behaviour trends in internet users' responses to e-mails and newsletters, comparing the different countries and highlighting the differences and similarities in order to hone their e-mail marketing strategy.
