Paris Region at the Paris Air Show

Paris Region will have a major presence at the Paris Air Show
CHALET A 320 - 15 to 21 June 2009 - 9.30 am to 6 pm

The Paris Region Economic Development Agency (PREDA) has embarked on an energetic drive to raise its international profile and promote its sectors of excellence.
As part of this initiative, from 15 to 21 June, we will be taking part in the Paris Air Show at Le Bourget, one of the most international Paris Region events.

With our local partners, the competitiveness cluster ASTech' Paris Region, Seine et Marne Développement and the  Val d'Oise Economic Expansion Committee (CEEVO), we will be hosting a number of foreign businesses, with one or several guest countries each day: German, Polish, Japanese, British, American, Swiss and Canadian companies (see programme) will receive a warm welcome in Chalet A320 where they are invited to find out more about the regional economy, its aeronautics sector and its competitiveness cluster. For PREDA and our partners, this will be an opportunity to identify foreign companies planning to locate to the region and create jobs, and to set the business location and development process in motion.

These visiting companies will also have the chance to network with ASTech and Paris Region companies invited to take part in these workshops in the Paris Region Chalet.

Over 100 Paris Region companies will be exhibiting under the Paris Region banner on a large stand in Hall 4, under the aegis of the Île-de-France Regional Council with the participation of all the economic development stakeholders (ASTech Paris Region, CRCI, CCIP, CCI77, CCIV and the Seine Saint Denis and Yvelines départements).
